Water Treatment Service Projects

In order to promote the use of water quality stabilization technology, save energy and water, and to extend the driving cycle of the factory, the technical development department of our factory also undertakes the following services in addition to operating the production distribution of the above various water quality stabilizer.

1.Water quality analysis

(1) Analysis of physical and chemical composition and individual ion analysis of Industrial cooling water, de ionized water, pure water, industrial waste water and natural water.

(2) Physical and chemical analysis of sediments and corrosion products in the boiler and heat exchanger

2.Determination of physical and chemical properties of water quality stabilizer

(1) Analysis of various quality and technical parameters of water quality stabilizer, such as molecular weight, vapor pressure, surface tension, etc.

(2) Evaluation of scale and corrosion inhibition performance and dispersion property of water quality stabilizer

3.Evaluation of water quality stabilizer formula

We can supply the evaluation of water quality stabilizer formulation for petrochemical industry, power plant, refinery, chemical fertilizer plant, steel plant, mine air compressor, locomotive, boiler water, hotel air conditioning, textile system, air conditioning equipment, circulating cooling water and oilfield water injection. The cost is low and free services to the small mines is available. Meanwhile, we can provide the 1～2 years’s field service to make sure the scale inhibition, corrosion inhibition, sterilization of our water quality stabilizer formulation achieves the best effect.

4.Design of cooling water system

We can design circulating cooling water pipe, cooling tower, dosing equipment, etc. for new and rebuilding factory.

5.Design of cooling water system

We can operate acid pickling for boiler and acid pickling for heat exchanger pipes in the overhaul of the factory, and also supply compound formulation of high efficiency acid pickling for degreasing, descaling and rust removing and non shutdown cleaning formulation.
